Yeah my hands and arms have been f**ked by this :) It teaches the preciousness of electricity. Anyone using it can't get 30W output unless he(she) has some muscles and do his(her) best to rotate it. I just charged 5% of 20,000mAh power bank(~4Wh) by it, and I'm very tired now. Do some meditation if you have the plan to buy it and have no experience to use dynamo style generator, because it does not work as your imagination; It requires STRENGTH! There's no free energy. It has one caveat; Voltage regulator inside this package outputs ~0.5V higher voltage than selected. Connect other high-quality regulator if you want use it with sensitive device. or, just charge some batteries first by it and use the device with charged batteries.
