Уважаемый производитель, одного век не хватило, можете ли вы прислать мне еще, даже если я оплачу его?

Received product in a partially (and improperly) disassembled and damaged state with bent and locked parts due to shipping. Ended up being offered: • the price of the product minus the price of the shipping. or • the price of the product alone (not what i paid in shipping) if i shipped it back. Given the product is currently worthless to anybody (unless you like your jigsaws with glue and puzzling how to unstuck stuff without damaging it further) i took the first option so that the seller could at least keep part of the money. Still... i basically ended up losing money equal to shipping it back and forth (2x shipping price) ... even though it was the shipping itself that broke the product. Sure: the selling company could have protected the product better... and they definitively paid for that with my refund... But it's the shipping company that ended up being the only one gaining from this. It should be the shipping company that pays for this stuff.
