The merchandise was delivered to my neighbors house, I didn't receive it until almost 2 weeks later from them. I let the seller know the day I received the notification that I did not get the package. They went back and forth with me telling me that the package was delivered. I opened a dispute with them and once I received the package from my neighbor I let them know. I wanted to return them and get my refund, however they would not send me a invoice without me canceling the dispute. Some how the dispute has been canceled and I still have not settled the matter with them or have a refund
