I’ve only used once. So far not really any change but it does come with great instructions except on how to use the syringe to add water I can’t find where that goes. But it did come with a syringe to use. I did message the seller to ask and didn’t get an answer

Seems to be doing something... It is hard to tell something about the results as it requires months of waiting (no visible effects right after use). It is also hard to say whether it holds the parameters, if it is safe, etc. as it would have to be somehow tested and approved by a certified medical company or suchlike. The depth knob gets very hot with use, that is for sure. After half an hour of use it seemed the device stopped working (judging by the different sound it appeared to be making) - having given it a few minutes' break it resumed its "normal" operation (sound).
