Note that the metal thingy to open the screws was not included (so make sure you have it!) The cover itself has (quite thick) glass, so that does mean you'll have to push slightly harder, compared to directly using the phone - or it with a screen protector. From experience I know the black will peel off the metal after extended use, but that's to be expected. The cover is extremely sturdy. If it falls, it usually falls on the sides and nothing happens, and in the unlucky event it does land on the glass, most likely only the glass of the cover is broken and your phone is unharmed (that was the reason for ordering a replacement, cover-glass broke when it fell unlucky).
