awful seller. awful communication. DO NOT use them. they lied about EVERYTHING. from the postage to the product to REFUSING a refund after I sent the item never showed. then it showed AFTER i made a formal complaint. The item was A MESS AND WRONG! nothing like the description. nearly 4 months arguing with them. they ignored every important question. gave a default answers that did not relate to situation and refused to provide any evidence helping. I spent half my time calling the bank, post office and more and sending them information showing they had done NOTHING. What did the seller do? sent me MY OWN EVIDENCE saying they DID contact.... I was shocked. absolutely terrible service. Aliexpress unfortunately delayed help for nearly a month so I turned to Paypal. this took another 2 months to solve the issue. AFTER I paid to send the WRONG item back. TRLD. seller lies and tried to scam me out of money. took 4 months of arguing and them delaying until I results happened.
