1. Please check the following items before using the equipment:

·Your smartphone has been connected to a 2.4G WiFi that can access the Internet.

·The mobile phone system version needs to be Android 5.0 or higher, or iOS 10.0 or higher.

·The mobile phone must be able to access the APP store and download the APP.

·If your wireless router has set Mac address filtering, please enter the router background to turn off the Mac filtering function.

2. After 5V USB power supply is connected, there are three ways of network distribution.

The first type: the blue indicator light flashes twice quickly and keeps on once to enter the pairing mode (suitable for first use)

The second type: long press the pairing button for more than 5 seconds, the blue indicator light flashes twice quickly, and always lights once to enter the network distribution mode;

The third type: power on three times in a row, the blue indicator light flashes twice quickly, and it keeps on once to enter the network distribution mode;

3. Connect the phone to 2.4GHz WiFi and turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

4. Open the APP, click + at the bottom, select "Bluetooth configuration", click "Next", the APP will automatically scan the device.

5. Click the scanned device, then select the WiFi connected to the phone, confirm that the relevant information is correct, click "Save", and wait for the device to be connected.

common problem

Q: After the device is successfully added, it displays offline and cannot be controlled?

Answer: After the device is added successfully, it takes 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and connect to the Internet. If it is still offline for a long time, please judge according to the status of the Wi-Fi indicator:

1. The blue light flashes quickly for 1 second: the device is not connected to your Wi-Fi.

① The Wi-Fi password may be incorrectly entered.

② It may be that the device is too far away from your router, the signal is too weak, or the environment has interference. Please put the device close to the router first, if there is no improvement, please power off, and then add it again.

③ The device cannot recognize 5G Wi-Fi, please select 2.4G Wi-Fi to add again.

④ Check whether MAC address filtering is enabled in the background of your router. If so, please disable it.
