I was absolutely disappointed when I received this machine considering the box it came in was mangled. The issue I had with this machine was that I had bought this knitting machine with a row counter and the machine I received didn't have one, plus the pegs weren't pink and the actual nook was black and not white, still worked although it seemed that the pegs were in the opposite direction and not facing forward. I contacted the seller who said it had a row counter when they sent it to me, but after many pictures send video msgs sent back and forth it has led me to believe that it was a "bait and switch" Ali express stepped in to say the machine I purchased was working and they didn't see anything wrong except for the fact it was defected because the row counter was missing. I've decided to keep it because this entire process has been a nightmare. If the seller sent me the knitting machine I ordered from the beginning I would never have had this issue! Buyers be aware!!
